Vice-chancellor of Research and Technology of Golestan University of Medical Sciences(GOUMS), in three sets of research management, medical information management, and scientific resources and health technology administration, with the mission of developing research infrastructure and supporting the production of science and technology, has a significant role in achieving general policies of the health system.
