لیزردرمانی در عیوب انکساری قرنیه بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات خودایمنی سیستمیک

افزایش تعداد بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های خود ایمنی سیستمیک که خواستار انجام جراحی عیوب انکساری قرنیه با لیزر هستند؛ نیازمند توجه بیشتری به اهمیت بالینی وضعیت این بیماران است. مطالعات اخیر، دانش ما را در شناسایی و ارزیابی اختلالات خود ایمنی و اثرات جانبی بالقوه آنها در نتایج جراحی‌های عیوب انکساری قرنیه با لیزر را گسترش داده‌ است. در این مقاله مروری به طور خلاصه به بررسی عوامل بیماری‌زا، جنبه‌های بالینی و عوارض احتمالی در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات خود ایمنی سیستمیک که تحت این عمل‌های جراحی قرار می‌گیرند می‌پردازیم. در مجموع از بین مطالعات بررسی شده 132 مقاله برای این مطالعه انتخاب شدند. با توجه به این که آزاد شدن سیتوکین‌های مختلف ناشی از اختلالات خودایمنی سیستمیک، می‌تواند منجر به پیامدهای مخرب قرنیه شود؛ لذا نیاز به تشخیص زودهنگام قبل از هر جراحی لیزری عیوب انکساری ضروری به‌نظر می‌رسد. اگرچه به طور معمول روش‌هایی مانند LASIK و PRK در بیماران مبتلا به اختلالات خودایمنی انجام می‌شود؛ اما ملاحظات اساسی نیز بایستی در نظر گرفته شوند. موارد منع قطعی جراحی لیزری عیوب انکساری برای هر اختلال خود ایمنی هنوز توسط مطالعات تایید نشده است.
