اثر هشت هفته تمرینات استقامتی و مقاومتی روی سطح سرمی آدیپونکتین و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین مردان سالمند غیرفعال

زمینه و هدف : آدیپونکتین از آدیپوسایتوکاین‌هایی است که از بافت چربی ترشح می‌شود و در پاتوژنز چاقی و اختلالات همراه آن به ویژه در افراد سالمند که با خطر بیماری‌های قلبی - عروقی مواجه هستند؛ بسیار موثر است. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین اثر هشت هفته تمرینات استقامتی و مقاومتی روی سطح سرمی آدیپونکتین، شاخص مقاومت به انسولین و ترکیب بدن مردان سالمند غیرفعال انجام شد. روش بررسی : در این مطالعه شبه‌تجربی 24 مرد سالمند غیرفعال در دو گروه 12 نفری کنترل و مداخله قرار گرفتند. برنامه تمرین ترکیبی شامل تمرینات استقامتی (با شدت 60 تا 70 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب ذخیره) و تمرینات مقاومتی (با شدت70 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه) بود. تمرینات به مدت هشت هفته، هر هفته طی سه جلسه یک ساعته انجام شد. یافته‌ها : هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی باعث افزایش سطح سرمی آدیپونکتین گروه مداخله در مقایسه با گروه کنترل شد (P<0.05). همچنین سطح سرمی انسولین و گلوکز، شاخص مقاومت به انسولین و درصد چربی بدن در گروه مداخله نسبت به گروه کنترل به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت (P<0.05). نتیجه‌گیری : هشت هفته تمرین ترکیبی سبب افزایش سطح سرمی آدیپونکتین و کاهش مقاومت به انسولین در مردان سالمند گردید.
