Dentistry School curriculum consists of six years. At GOUMS, we believe dentists are more than technicians and must develop skills in critical thinking, health promotion, interpersonal skills, cultural competency, and practice management to be successful. Fundamental knowledge will be presented during a two-year period including courses in systemic and oral histology, head and neck gross anatomy, and general and systemic pathology. Basic biological principles, including the structure, function, and interrelationships of the body systems as they pertain to oral health, and oral disease are taught by dedicated faculty members.
