The center is for planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating nursing activities responsible for coordinating the treatment department with other units such as medicine, para-clinics, etc.
The Nursing Unit is under supervision of the Nursing Director (Asiye Khalili). This unit supervised the client rights during the nursing process and standards of care defined as the duties of nursing personnel, anesthesiology and operating rooms. It also plans the promotion and continuous improvement of customer services.

Introduction of Nursing Office:
 
In March 2012, the office began its formal and academic activities in line with the expansion of other parts of the center. The activities of the nursing group are controlled and directed by the nursing office under the direct supervision of the nursing director.
In the field of clinical practice of nurses in order to accelerate the treatment and provide nursing care services to the admitted patients and outpatients referring to the clinic and emergency department, 24-hour services are provided by the nursing staff.
The nursing staff includes a number of different categories, such as nursing master and bachelor degree, and behyar, which work as supervised organizational posts (clinical, educational, infection control), head nurse, nurse, technician and anesthetic expert, operating room, assistant and assistant instructor.
They give services based on the activities mentioned in the Shahid Sayyad Shirazi Educational Center, according to the instructions given in the medical departments:

Internal 1 (General – Rheumatology, Hematology)
Internal 2 (pulmonology - gastroentrology)
Internal 3 (neurology – infectious diseases)
Internal-Surgery (Surgery - Nephrology)

   Management of the human resources:
 
Estimated human resources are gathered and systematically modeled.
Professional and non-professional personnel are tailored to suit the individual's capabilities and characteristics of each department and the needs of the relevant department.
Nursing office staff includes nursing director, supervisor (clinical, educational and infection control), head nurses. The nursing office also uses head nurses in some shifts as the hospital supervisors.
