> The copy of the main pages of your passport
> Curriculum Vitae (CV)/Resume
> Transcript of records
> English language proficiency certificate
> Medical Elective Application Form (the applicant must fill in the MEA form, and get it signed and stamped by the institution which they are studying at)
> The most recent Certificate of Studies (this applies only to Short-term Training Courses)
> Letter of Introduction from home University (this applies only to Short-term Training Courses)
Once you have completed all required documents, you can apply.
