1- Compliance with standards, regulations, and other requirements related to the activities and educational services of the center's therapeutic and research goals and the implementation of health system development programs.

3- Promote a quality and safe work culture by increasing the level of knowledge and skills of employees and learners with a priority on self-care education.
4- Continuous improvement of management systems, processes and services to increase the level of satisfaction of customers and stakeholders.
