اثر یک دوره تمرین پیلاتس همراه با ویتامین D بر سطح پروتئین جاذب شیمیایی مونوسیت -1 و فعالیت سوپراکسیددیسموتاز در مردان دارای اضافه وزن: یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی

زمینه و هدف: کمبود ویتامین D و فقر حرکتی از جمله عوامل مربوط به افزایش التهاب و استرس اکسایشی در شرایط چاقی هستند. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین اثر یک دوره تمرین پیلاتس همراه با ویتامین D بر سطح پروتئین جاذب شیمیایی مونوسیت -1 (MDP-1) و فعالیت سوپراکسیددیسموتاز (SOD) در مردان دارای اضافه وزن انجام شد.


روش بررسی: در این کارآزمایی بالینی یک سویه کور 56 مرد دارای اضافه وزن به طور تصادفی در گروه‌های کنترل، تمرین پیلاتس، ویتامین D و ترکیبی قرار گرفتند. تمرینات پیلاتس 8 هفته با شدت 75-50 درصد ضربان قلب ذخیره و 3 جلسه در هفته انجام شد. گروه‌های ویتامین D و ترکیبی به طور هفتگی 50000 واحد ویتامین D دریافت نمودند. سطح MCP-1 و فعالیت SOD قبل و پس از مداخله سنجیده شد.


یافته‌ها: وضعیت ویتامین D در تمام آزمودنی‌ها پایین‌تر از نرمال بود. مقادیر MCP-1 در گروه‌های تمرین پیلاتس، ویتامینD و ترکیبی بعد از 8 هفته کاهش و فعالیت SOD افزایش آماری معنی‌داری یافت (P<0.05)؛ اما مداخله ترکیبی تاثیر قوی‌تری در تعدیل مقادیر MCP-1 و فعالیت SOD در مقایسه با دو مداخله دیگر داشت (P<0.05). همچنین اثر تمرینات پیلاتس بر افزایش فعالیت SOD بیشتر از مصرف ویتامینD بود (P<0.05).


نتیجه‌گیری: به نظر می‌رسد تمرین پیلاتس و مصرف ویتامین D می‌توانند اثرات حمایتی خود را در افراد اضافه وزن با سطح پایین ویتامینD، به واسطه افزایش فعالیت SOD و کاهش شاخص التهابی MCP-1 اعمال نمایند. اگرچه این اثرات با مداخله ترکیبی توسعه یافت؛ ولی تمرینات پیلاتس با افزایش بیشتری در افزایش سطح آنتی اکسیدانی نسبت به ویتامین D همراه بود.
