اثر تمرینات دایره‌ای با شدت بالا در تعادل و فعالیت روزمره زندگی کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی: یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی

زمینه و هدف: فلج مغزی دیپلژی اسپاستیک یک اختلال حرکتی با منشأ آسیب مغزی قبل، حین یا بلافاصله پس از تولد است. تمرینات ورزشی نقش به سزایی در بهبود حرکتی دارد این مطالعه به منظور تعیین اثر تمرینات دایره‌ای با شدت بالا در تعادل و فعالیت روزمره زندگی کودکان مبتلا به فلج مغزی انجام شد.

روش بررسی: در این کارآزمایی بالینی 34 کودک مبتلا به فلج مغزی به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 17 نفری شامل گروه کار درمانی (گروه کنترل) و گروه تمرین دایره‌ای توام با کاردرمانی (گروه مداخله) تقسیم شدند. از ابزارهای سنجش تعادل برگ و مقیاس سنجش فعالیت‌ها در کودکان به ترتیب برای ارزیابی تغییرات تعادل و فعالیت روزمره زندگی قبل و بعد از 12 هفته تمرین استفاده شد. تمرینات دایره‌ای با شدت بالا که 3 دور و هر دور متشکل از 6 ایستگاه 30 ثانیه‌ای و وقفه 30 ثانیه‌ای بین ایستگاه‌ها بود که هفته‌ای سه جلسه و به مدت 12 هفته انجام شد. کاردرمانی یک جلسه در هفته انجام شد.

یافته‌ها: میزان تعادل و فعالیت‌های روزمره زندگی و اجزای آن در گروه تمرین دایره‌ای توام با کاردرمانی در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بهبود آماری معنی‌داری نشان داد (P<0.05).

نتیجه‌گیری: تمرینات دایره‌ای به همراه کاردرمانی می‌تواند موجب بهبود بیشتر در فعالیت روزمره زندگی و تعادل در کودکان فلج مغزی دیپلژی اسپاستیک در مقایسه با کاردرمانی شود.
