اثر دورکنندگی عصاره‌های متانولی و هگزانی گیاه آقطی بر روی پشه در شرایط آزمایشگاهی

زمینه و هدف : اثر ضدالتهابی، ضددرد، آنتی‌اکسیدانی گیاه آقطی گزارش شده است. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین اثر دورکنندگی عصاره گیاه آقطی بر روی پشه Culex pipiens در شرایط آزمایشگاهی انجام شد.

روش بررسی : در این مطالعه تجربی گیاه آقطی از رویشگاه طبیعی استان مازندران (شهرستان ساری، بخش مرکزی، دهستان اسفیورد شوراب، روستای گله کلا سفلی - کردخیل) تهیه، شناسایی، خشک و سپس از اندام‌های برگ و میوه آن عصاره‌گیری گردید. سپس غلظت‌های50 ، 100 و 250 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم عصاره متانولی و هگزانی گیاه تهیه شد و مقدار 0.4ml بر روی پوست تراشیده شده خوکچه هندی (Albino) در مساحتی به اندازه 6 در 4 سانتی‌متر پخش گردید. سپس در معرض گزش پشه‌ها قرار گرفت. پس از گذشت 30 دقیقه تعداد گزش‌های پشه بالغ کولکس با سه مرحله تکرار برای هر تیمار ثبت گردید. همچنین N و N دی اتیل 3- متیل بنزامید به عنوان کنترل مثبت در نظر گرفته شد.

یافته‌ها : بیشترین اثر دورکنندگی مربوط به غلظت 250 در هر دو عصاره برگ و میوه گیاه بوده و در برگ با حلال متانولی بیشترین اثر دور کنندگی برابر 80درصد و با حلال هگزانی 66.8% و در میوه با حلال متانلی 84% و با حلال هگزانی 72% تعیین شد (P<0.05).

نتیجه‌گیری : در مقایسه عصاره‌گیری با دو حلال متانولی و ان هگزانی مشخص گردید اثر دورکنندگی عصاره‌های متانولی گیاه آقطی بازده بالاتری نسبت به عصاره‌گیری هگزانی داشت و در مقایسه اثر دورکنندگی اندام‌های این گیاه، میوه گیاه اثربخشی بهتری نسبت به برگ دارد.
