fa وضعیت انتشار دانش حاصل از پایان‌نامه‌های دوره پزشکی عمومی دانشکده پزشکی گرگان Estatus of knowledge thesis resulted from medical students dissertation fulfilled at Gorgan Medical School ارزیابی مقالات Article evaluation گزارش كوتاه Short Communication زمینه و هدف : بیش از نیمی از تحقیقات علوم پزشکی در ایران در قالب پایان‌نامه‌های دانشجویی در مقاطع مختلف تحصیلی انجام می‌شود. در دوره پزشکی عمومی پایان‌نامه یک درس اجباری 6 واحدی است. این مطالعه به منظور تعیین وضعیت انتشار دانش حاصل از پایان‌نامه‌های دوره پزشکی عمومی دانشکده پزشکی گرگان در مجلات و کنگره‌های علمی انجام شد. روش بررسی : این مطالعه توصیفی به صورت مقطعی و با روش سرشماری روی 371 پایان‌نامه دوره پزشکی عمومی دفاع شده در دانشکده پزشکی گرگان طی سال‌های 87-1375 به راهنمایی 54 نفر از اعضاء هیأت علمی که راهنمایی حداقل یک پایان‌نامه را به عهده داشتند؛ انجام شد. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه‌ای حاوی برون‌داد پایان‌نامه‌ها و همچنین موانع موجود در انتشار نتایج پایان‌نامه‌ها استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS-13 و آزمون کای‌اسکوئر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها : در مجموع 322 پایان‌نامه به راهنمایی 43 عضو هیأت علمی دانشکده پزشکی گرگان بررسی شد. اعضاء هیأت علمی بالینی و علوم پایه به ترتیب راهنمایی 87.6% و 12.4% از پایان‌نامه‌ها را برعهده داشتند. 164 پایان‌نامه (50.9%) در مجلات و یا کنگره‌ها انتشار یافته بود و بیشترین سهم مربوط به مجلات داخلی (24.4%) بود. اعضاء هیأت علمی بالینی و علوم پایه به ترتیب 35.1% و 70% از پایان‌نامه‌ها را به صورت مقاله منتشر کرده بودند. مطالعاتی از نوع تجربی بیشتر (48.5%) از مابقی مطالعات به نشر منجر شده بود. مهم‌ترین مشکل در خصوص انتشار نتایج پایان‌نامه از دیدگاه اساتید، کمبود وقت و سپس نداشتن همکار برای این امر بود. نتیجه‌گیری : نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که وضعیت انتشار یافته‌های حاصل از پایا‌ن‌نامه‌های دوره پزشکی عمومی در دانشکده پزشکی گرگان تا وضعیت ایده‌آل هنوز فاصله زیادی دارد. Background and Objective: Over half of medical researches in <place w:st="on"><country-region w:st="on">Iran</country-region></place> are done by students of different levels as their thesis. In medical school, thesis is a 6 hours mandatory course. This study caried out to determine the publication of thesis in faculty of medical in Gorgan, located in North of Iran. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was performed on all thesis and all faculty members who have been advisor of at least one thesis up to the time of this study. To collect data, we used a questionnaire which contained questions about the research, their output and any obstacles to publication. All data have been analyzed by SPSS-13 software and Chi-Square test. Results: According to the collected information, 322 thesis were directed by 43 faculty academic members of <placename w:st="on">Gorgan</placename> <placename w:st="on">Medical</placename> School. 87.6% and 12.4% thesis supervisors were clinical and basic science academic members respectively. The majority of 127 (39.4%) published papers have either been published by domestic medical journals or represented in medical seminars inside the country. Basic members have published 70% of their papers while only 35.1% of clinical faculty members have published their research findings. Experimental papers have been published more than other papers (48.5%). The most important publication barrier were lack of time and collaborator in this matter.
