گیاهان دارویی موثر در التیام زخم‌های سوختگی در فلور گیاهی ایران

یکی از علل عمده مرگ و میر و ناتوانی در دنیا، سوختگی و ضایعات حاصل از آن است. سوختگی به صورت آسیب بافتی به وجود آمده در اثر عواملی همچون حرارت، مواد شیمیایی، الکتریسته، نور خورشید یا تشعشع هسته‌ای تعریف می‌شود. بیشتر سوختگی‌ها ناشی از آتش‌سوزی‌های ساختمان، تماس با آب جوش، بخار آب، مایعات و گازهای قابل اشتعال است. تسریع روند بهبود سوختگی همواره مورد توجه پزشکان بوده است. زیرا این زخم‌ها به‌طور معمول دیر بهبود می‌یابند. لذا درمان صحیح و مراقبت از این نوع زخم‌ها برای افزایش سرعت بهبودی، همچنین جلوگیری از مزمن شدن و عفونت آنها همواره مدنظر بوده است. در طب سنتی ایران با توجه به گوناگونی و وسعت بسیار زیاد پوشش گیاهی کشور استفاده از گیاهان دارویی برای بهبود و درمان ضایعات شدید سوختگی با علل مختلف متداول بوده است. در مطالعات مختلف خواص برخی از گیاهان دارویی در بهبود زخم‌های سوختگی ثابت شده است. در این مقاله با مراجعه به سایت‌های معتبر به بررسی 10 گونه گیاهی موجود در فلور گیاهی ایران شامل ابوخلسا (Arnebia euchroma)، چای سبز (Green Tea)، چای کوهی یا علف چای (Hypericum perforatum)، گیاه آب‌بشقابی (Centella asiatica)، تشنه‌داری (Scrophularia striata)، آلوئه‌ورا (Aloe vera)، به‌دانه (Cydonia Oblonga Seed)، پنیرک صحرایی (Malva sylvestris)، گل همیشه بهار (Calendula officinalis)، گیاه مورد (Myrtus) و مقایسه خواص ترمیمی این گیاهان بر تسریع روند بهبود زخم‌های ناشی از سوختگی به منظور ارایه دارویی موثر با منشا گیاهی پرداخته شده است.
