fa وضعیت اپیدمیولوژیک حیوان گزیدگی و تأثیر اتلاف سگ های ولگرد در روند بروز حیوان گزیدگی در شهرستان گالیکش طی سال های 91-1387 پزشکی عمومى General medicine تحقیقی Original article <div style="border:none;border-bottom:double #C00000 4.5pt;padding:0cm 0cm 1.0pt 0cm;"><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زمینه و هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> گزش حیوانات تهدیدی مهم برای سلامتی انسان است، زیرا عفونت متعاقب آن نظیر هاری کشنده است. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اپیدمیولوژیک حیوان گزیدگی و تأثیر اتلاف سگ های ولگرد در روند بروز حیوان گزیدگی در شهرستان گالیکش طی سال های 91-1387 انجام گرفت.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش بررسی:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مطالعه حاضر مقطعی با رویکرد توصیفی-تحلیلی است. تعداد 1712 مورد حیوان گزیده که طی سال های 91-1387 در شهرستان گالیکش ساکن بوده، به روش سرشماری وارد مطالعه شدند. اطلاعات از دفاتر ثبت مشخصات افراد حیوان گزیده جمع آوری و از طریق </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">Spss</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> 1203 نفر (3/70 درصد) مرد و 509 نفر (7/29 درصد) زن بودند. دامنه سنی افراد مورد بررسی 1 تا 89 سال با میانگین و انحراف معیار 39/18</span></span><span style="font-family:cambria,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&plusmn;</span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">88/26 سال بود. اکثریت موارد گزش (3/92 درصد) مربوط به سگ بوده است. همچنین 4/71 درصدگزش ها از ناحیه پا بوده است. بین جنس با محل سکونت و همچنین بین محل واقعه و مدت زمان تأخیر در نوبت اول واکسن ارتباط معنی داری وجود داشت </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">)</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">05/0></span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">P</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">). اتلاف سگ های ولگرد تأثیری در کاهش بروز حیوان گزیدگی ندارد </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">)</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">05/0<</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">P</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">).</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه گیری</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">: انجام طرح اتلاف سگ های ولگرد به روش فعلی در شهرستان گالیکش تأثیری در کاهش بروز حیوان گزیدگی ندارد، لذا انجام برنامه های کنترلی، آموزش و آگاهی جامعه در این زمینه توصیه می گردد.&nbsp;</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:b nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong></div> <div><strong>Background & Objective</strong>: Animal bites are a major threat to human health, while the subsequent infections such as Rabies could be lethal. The aim of this study was to determine the epidemiologic status of animal bite and the effect of wasting stray dogs on the incidence of animal bites in Galikesh County since 2009 until 2013.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> The present study was a cross-sectional study with descriptive-analytical approach. A total of 1712 animal-bitten cases who were residing in Galikesh during the years of 2009-2013 were enrolled by census method. Data were collected from the recorded documents of animal-bitten individuals and analyzed by SPSS.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Of all cases, 1203 (70.3%) individuals were male and 509 (29.7%) were female. Regarding the age, cases were ranged between 1 to 89 years with a mean and standard deviation of 26.88 &plusmn; 18.39 years. The majority of bite cases (92.3%) were related to dogs. Moreover, 71.4% of bites were on legs. There was a significant relationship between sex and the place of residence as well as between the place of the event (biting) and delay to the first vaccination (P <0.05). Wasting the stray dogs has no effect on reducing the incidence of bites (P <0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The current plan of wasting the stray dogs has no effect on reducing the incidence of bites in Galikesh.
