زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت موضوع اختلال جسمانی سازی در زنان، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی گری سبک های دلبستگی در رابطه بین ابعاد سرشت و منش شخصیت و اختلال جسمانی سازی دبیران زن انجام شد.
روش بررسی: روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دبیران زن شاغل در آموزش و پرورش کرمانشاه در سال تحصیلی 93-1392بود. نمونه آماری شامل 300 دبیر که با روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب و پس از جلب رضایت و همکاری در این پژوهش شرکت کردند و از آن ها خواسته شد پرسشنامه سرشت و منش کلونینجر (TCI)، پرسشنامه جسمانی سازی و پرسشنامه سبک های دلبستگی بزرگسالان (AII) را تکمیل کنند. تحلیل داده ها با محاسبه ضرایب همبستگی و تحلیل مسیر با نرم افزارهایSPSS-21 و Amos-18 انجام گرفت.
یافته ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بین سبک های دلبستگی اضطرابی و اجتنابی و ابعاد سرشت و منش شخصیت با اختلال جسمانی سازی رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد (05/0> P). اما رابطه بین سبک دلبستگی ایمن و اختلال جسمانی سازی معنی دار نبود.
نتیجه گیری: ابعاد سرشت و منش شخصیت زمانی به اختلال جسمانی سازی منجر می شود که مدل های درونکاری ناایمن که در چارچوب روابط دلبستگی نوزاد- مادر تشکیل می شوند، در فرد شکل گرفته باشد.
