University Public Relations office:
This unit is directly responsible for administrative and executive job of the university dean, such as preparing draft of the letters which the dean will send to other divisions, or receiving mails from different divisions, handling refereed complains, managing the meetings and inviting the members, conducting research projects and presenting the outcomes through publications, monitoring the university's' new activities and introducing the latest achievements, scheduling and controlling congress and seminars and etc.
Human resources office/ Recruitment Office:
This unit has been launched in 2005, and actively works to create more job opportunities for students who graduate. The University's' graduates have been prepared with the academic knowledge to progress supervisory and managerial positions in their current field of work or study.
This office is in charge of evaluating each unit's performance and reply to refereed complains. Also to create positive competition atmosphere to improve the performance among the units, to create an accurate strategy for exchanging of knowledge, improving operation and service quality, and enhancing services effectiveness. The unit is also in charge of discovering the strengths, weaknesses, new opportunities, and limitations, evaluating the relations among the stuff and managers and their satisfaction at work
