2. Gene profiling Multiple sclerosis (MS) patients and Turkmen and non-Turkmen healthy individuals.
3. Cloning and expression of human interleukin (IL-11) and analyses of it bioactivity in in vitro
4. Studying the changes in apoptosis induction of Adriamycin by IL-11 and changes in expression of genes and proteins of p53, Bcl-2 and Caspase 3 in K562 and T47D human cancer cell lines.
5. Cloning and expression of human interleukin 2 gene in E.coli for production recombinant protein.
