1- Related administrative correspondence

7- Assessment the units' needs in terms of foreign currency exchange

9- Centralized purchasing of medical equipment

10- Customs clearance affairs

11-Participation in related exhibitions - seminars - Congress

12- Reviewing submitted repairs for 330315 credit allocation

13- Active participation in the installation, commissioning and maintenance as well as relevant training

14- Decision in the case setting up repairable equipment

15- Document control of medical equipment maintenance

16- Collecting the need for buying devices, major parts and consumables

17- Requesting a draft from the general administration, broadcasting corporation and the Board of Trustees

18- Issuance of permits for financial costs and assessment the contribution of 5% of equipment

19- Documents' control relating to the purchase of consumer items

20- Coordination with the director in order to prioritize the purchase and after that exchange credit allocation
